Lady Ross is a native of Jackson Mississippi. She attended Provine High School and continued her education in Real Estate at Jackson State University.

Lady Ross married Elder Porter Ross, Jr. on March 28th, 1989. Their union was blessed with 3 sons, 2 beautiful granddaughters and 1 handsome grandson.

Lady Ross began her faith journey at Family Life Church of God in Christ under the leadership of the late Elder Herman Littleton, Sr. and received the Holy Ghost a few years later. While at Family Life she served in the Sunday School Department and also served as the Vacation Bible School Coordinator. After the passing of Elder Herman Littleton, Sr. in 2007, Elder Daniel Littleton assumed the leadership of the church, and at the start of the following year moved the members to Greater Deliverance in January of 2008.

At Greater Deliverance, Lady Ross continued to serve in the Sunday School Department. She also served as Vacation Bible School Coordinator. Additionally, Lady Ross served faithfully in the breakfast ministry for the youth on Sunday mornings.

​On October 3rd, 2021 Lady Ross became the First Lady at Mars Hill Church of God in Christ when her husband, Elder Porter Ross, Jr. was appointed as Pastor. Shortly afterwards she was appointed to the Executive Board of the District #12 Women’s Department by District Missionary Rosie Harris. Lady Ross is looking forward to continually serving the Lord.
