The Solution!

As part of the Foundation Series, today’s message, The Solution, addresses key issues in the body of Christ:

1. Self-reliance vs. faith in God.
2. Bondage to sin and worldly expectations vs.
3. freedom in Christ.
4. Identity crisis vs. belonging in Christ.
5. Impatience vs. trusting God’s timing.

God’s Solution:
Through Christ, we receive:

• Redemption & Adoption – Reliance on God.
• Freedom – From sin and bondage.
• Sonship – True identity in Christ.
• Inheritance – Eternal life, teaching patience.

Paul contrasts Ishmael and Isaac  (Galatians 4:22-23):

• Ishmael – Human effort and self-reliance.
• Isaac – Divine promise and faith.

The Two Covenants:

• Hagar (Old Covenant – Law): Bondage under the law (Galatians 4:24-25, Romans 3:20).
• Sarah (New Covenant – Grace): Freedom through faith in Christ (Galatians 4:26).

At the fullness of time, Christ fulfilled God’s promise to Abraham (Genesis 12:3, Galatians 3:16), bringing salvation to all. Through Him, we are forgiven, redeemed, and made heirs of God’s kingdom.
